Returns and Refunds
We've streamlined our returns process to make things much easier. Before making a return please ensure all the specifications listed below have been followed. Once you are ready to make a return follow our simple returns process below and we'll take care of the rest.
- We have a 30 days returns and refunds policy from the date of dispatch so please ensure your order is shipped back to us before the 30 days are up.
- All items must be intact with labels and hygiene strips still attached (the way they were when shipped to you). Please ensure there is no make up stains, marks or tears.
- If the items are not in the same condition as they were when shipped out to you we reserve all rights to refuse a refund. In this case we will reship those items back to the shipping address.
- We will refund the cost of the product at the time it was bought. We do not refund shipping costs unless the product is damaged or faulty when sent out.
- Multiple returns from separate orders must be returned separately so refunds can be processed accordingly.
- Free gifts from promotions are not eligible for refunds or free returns.
The easy part...
- To make this process as smooth as possible we've decided to go paperless with our returns. To return an item firstly sign into your account on our website and head to the contact us section at the bottom of the home page.
- Enter your full name, email and phone number for our reference. In the comment section please type in your order number, which item(s) you would like to return and the reason why. We greatly appreciate the feedback from returns as this helps us improve our lingerie so that future purchases meet your requirements.
- Once done with this, take the parcel to your nearest courier for it to be shipped back to us. Our shipping address is displayed on our contact us page and below for your reference. Please make sure your shipping address on the parcel has either been removed or crossed out so the couriers avoid confusion.
And that's it, we'll sort it out from there. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed, if you have not received your refund within this time please contact us via our contact page on the website.
